A band of the page that groups related content, with an optional background. It renders a section element. Put a Container inside it to limit the width of the content.
Without a background, a Section is transparent.
Use bg to paint the whole band, and a Container to keep the content narrow.
Stack Sections to split a page into bands. Alternate the background to mark where one ends.
